Proven company founder, entrepreneur and healthcare leader. Founded a novel e-commerce and technology business in the collegiate and professional sports industry and a nonprofit organization to prepare college women in tech for industry placement. Created strategic vision and operational infrastructure for multi-specialty physician organization. Passionate about women’s entrepreneurship, mentoring and leadership.
Rreceived a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Duke University while earning All-America honors for basketball. She went on to obtain her Master of Health Care degree from Duke. Prior to beginning her health career, Sue played professional basketball in Kortrijk, Belgium.
Sue has two children and lives in Durham, North Carolina. She serves on the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame, Board of Directors, Duke School Board of Directors and regularly lectures at the Duke Law School, The Fuqua School of Business.
