Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and currently residing in NYC, Gena Pemberton is the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Omnicom Health Group (OHG). Gena is responsible for developing and accelerating the DE&I strategy, named Healthy Inclusion, for the entire network of agencies through attracting talent, training and development, and health equity initiatives. Previously, she held various Corporate Finance roles spanning over 13 years at Johnson & Johnson and 8 years at Motorola. Gena is a dedicated volunteer serving as the President for the National Hampton Alumni Association, Inc from 2018-2022 and currently serves as the Immediate Past President.
