Nadiya Khalif is an 18-year-old climate activist from the Washington DC Metropolitan area. She serves on the Earth Uprising Global Youth Council as an American representative. Her role as a council member is to inspire global youth-led chapters to implement environmental campaigns and projects. She is a recipient of the 2022 Juneteenth Resiliency Award from her local county. And she is a pre-med student who aspires to pursue a career in connection to medicine and environmentalism.
