EVP, Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer at Liberty Mutual Insurance
Dawn Frazier-Bohnert joined Liberty Mutual Insurance in the spring of 2013 as their Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. In this role, she is leading the Company in its diversity, equity, and inclusion journey.
Having grown up in an air force family that was constantly moving and navigating different cultures, Dawn developed a lifelong passion for helping people of different backgrounds find their connection points. Now, she brings that passion to her work at Liberty Mutual, where her team have taken an holistic approach, promoting D&I skills and capability across the organization and incorporating D&I into how they work with customers and colleagues. Knowing that diversity is about all of us, equity is essential for fair treatment, and inclusion requires all of us, Dawn is committed to ensuring all Liberty Mutual employees know they are included and that together they drive exceptional business results.
Prior to joining Liberty Mutual, Dawn’s previous positions include: Chief Administrative Officer and Partner at Global Novations, Vice President, Global Diversity and Inclusion at The Gillette Company and HR leadership positions at Lotus/IBM, Fidelity Investments and Millennium Pharmaceuticals. She attended Mount Holyoke College and graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has served on the Women’s Network Advisory Board for the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Dawn has been recognized in Diversity Woman Magazine’s “The Elite 100” Black Women Leaders list.
