Sergeant First Class Patricia S. Morgan

U.S. Army Healthcare Recruiter

SFC Patricia Morgan was born in St. Ann, Jamaica WI.  She migrated to the United States at age 13.  She attended the Benjamin Franklin Business Magnet High School in Rochester New York where she graduated with honors in 1997.  SFC Morgan later joined the U.S. Army and ship to Basic Combat Training (BCT) in January 1999 to Fort Jackson, SC.  Upon graduation of BCT, she then attended Advance Individual Training (AIT) at Redstone Arsenal, AL for Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) training Ammunition Specialist (55B).  She was later assigned to the Ft. Lee, VA where she separated from active duty. SFC Morgan later rejoined the U.S. Army National Guard in the state of Kentucky before moving to Germany; she then had to transfer into the U.S. Army Reserve and was assigned to the 313th ROC in Kaiserslautern, Germany in 2007.  SFC Morgan served over seven years in the U.S. Army Reserve in various units as a Human Resources Specialist (42A).  She was later selected and trained to be a U.S. Army Recruiter. She has been serving as a U.S. Army Recruiter and a Healthcare Recruiter from 2013 to present. 

In 2005 SFC Morgan returned to school to pursue her civilian education, she earned her associates degree in Business Administration with Honors from American Intercontinental University in 2006 and went on to pursue her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.  She graduated with the distinction of Magna Cum Laude. She recently completed her Masters of Science in Accounting from Post University in 2020  

SFC Morgan is a graduate of the Basic Combat Training, Advance Individual Training, Warrior Leadership Course, Advance Leadership Course, Senior Leadership Course, Army Recruiting Course, Center Leader Course, Healthcare Recruiter Course, in addition to other courses. Her awards and decorations include: Army Commendation Medal (1 oak leaf), Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal (1 oak leaf), Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal (1 oak leaf), National Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Army Medal, Army Superior Unit Award, Army NCO Professional Development Ribbon (No. 3 Device), Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Drivers Mechanic Badge-Driver Wheel Vehicle, Recruiter Badge Gold, Recruiter Badge, and the German Armed Forces Marksmanship Badge (Schuetzenschnur; Silver).

First born of identical twins to Doreen and Patrick, she is the mother of two girls Imani and Kiera. She enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family, gardening, and learning about other cultures.
