Cindy began her career Citigroup and wasnamed Citigroup’s Global Chief Compliance Officer in 2008. 2011 she moved to JPMorgan Chase where as EVP and Chief Control Officer for Retail Financial Services then as Global Chief Compliance Officer. Citigroup named herr Champion of Diversity and she was inducted in the YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders in 2007. An FT/OUTstanding Top 100 LGBT Executives for three consecutive years, she recently received the Most Powerful and Influential Women for Diversity and Inclusion by the Tri-State Diversity Council. Also a 2018 Moves “Power Women” for her work advocating for women’s rights and social fairness. Vice Chairman on the Board of GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network); and former treasurer and Board Member for Out & Equal Workplace Advocates she serves as treasurer on the Board of WIN (Women in Need). Cindy and her wife live in Brooklyn have two children.
