Jamie Lee, senior vice president and chief service officer, is responsible for the entire customer journey of policyholders, businesses, and those who look to Aflac to help them when they need it most. This entails oversight of all service organizations within Internal Operations and the Transformation Office for Aflac U.S. Additionally, she oversees Aflac’s divisions that support the onboarding and compensation of Aflac’s sales producers.
Jamie joined Aflac in 1991 and has extensive knowledge of Aflac’s business operations from her previously held management positions in Administrative Operations, Change Management, Administrative Technology Support and Sales Support. Also, as vice president of Sales Operations, Jamie served on the team supporting Aflac’s strategic sales growth initiative in 2014, which fundamentally changed the sales leadership model, a structure that had been in place since the company began. She most recently served as vice president of Transformation, leading the effort to modernize and innovate business processes and technologies. In 2018, she was promoted to her current role. Jamie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbus State University and is a fellow of the Life Management Institute. She volunteers for Girls Inc. and serves on the board of directors for NeighborWorks Columbus.
